RETURN POLICY

ANMA SPORT SL wants to offer its customers a simple, transparent and secure return process.

Private customers (B2C)

Private customers have a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return of a product.

To be able to make a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused.

  • You must keep its original packaging

  • It must be in perfect condition

Returns due to change of decision

If the return is made by the customer's decision (change of mind, size, model, etc.), the return costs will be borne by the customer.

Defective products or incidents

If the customer receives a defective, damaged in transit or incorrect product, they should notify our customer service department as soon as possible.

In these cases, ANMA SPORT SL will assume the costs of returning and replacing the product.

Business-to-business (B2B) clients

Purchases made by professional clients or businesses (B2B) are not subject to the right of withdrawal provided for consumers.

Refunds for professional customers will be subject to the commercial conditions previously agreed with ANMA SPORT SL.

Return procedure

To request a refund, the customer must contact our customer service department indicating:

  • order number

  • affected product

  • reason for return

Once the request is received, instructions for processing the refund will be provided.
