In the case of professional clients, orders may be managed in accordance with the commercial conditions previously agreed with ANMA SPORT SL.

Delivery times may vary depending on the order destination and product availability.

In general, the indicative timeframes are:

Peninsular Spain
2 – 5 business days

Other European destinations
3 – 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by logistical or transport circumstances.

Shipping costs

Private customers (B2C)

Shipping is free for individual customers on orders placed through the online store.

Business-to-business (B2B) clients

The following transport conditions apply to professional clients:

 

Spain (Peninsula)
Free shipping on orders over €300

 

Rest of Europe
Free shipping on orders over €500

 

For orders below these amounts, shipping costs will be calculated automatically during the checkout process.

Transport

Orders are shipped via specialized transport companies.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will be able to receive tracking information provided by the shipping company.

Incidents in transport

If the customer receives an order with visible damage to the packaging or the product, they should notify our customer service department as soon as possible.

ANMA SPORT SL will manage the incident with the transport company to find a solution as soon as possible.
